  11. I called USR early in November and was put on a waiting list for the
  12. upgrade. They said something about calling me when they started shipping.
  13. I didn't give them a credit card number or anything. I got the new chip in
  14. the mail last week. I haven't noticed a whole lot of difference but I used
  15. to get mostly 26.4 and rarely a 28.8 connection. Now my connections are
  16. about 75% 28.8.
